Title: "Educated" by Tara Westover

Review:

I recently finished reading "Educated" by Tara Westover and I must say, it was one of the most powerful and moving books I have ever read. This memoir tells the story of Tara's unconventional upbringing in a strict and abusive household in rural Idaho. Despite not receiving a formal education until she was 17, Tara managed to overcome incredible odds and eventually earn a PhD from Cambridge University.

The book is raw and honest, detailing the physical and emotional abuse Tara suffered at the hands of her family. Her journey to self-discovery and education is both inspiring and heartbreaking. Westover's writing is incredibly vivid and immersive, pulling the reader into her world and making them feel every emotion she experienced.

I was in awe of Tara's resilience and determination throughout the book. Despite the many obstacles in her path, she never gave up on her dream of getting an education and making a better life for herself. Her story is a testament to the power of education and the strength of the human spirit.

I highly recommend "Educated" to anyone looking for a gripping and thought-provoking read. It will stay with you long after you finish the last page.
