I recently read "Bookmark" by Susan Shaw and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The story follows the protagonist, a young girl named Lucy, as she navigates the complexities of friendship, family, and identity. Shaw's writing is beautifully descriptive and the characters felt incredibly real and relatable.

One aspect of the book that stood out to me was the way Shaw tackled themes of bullying and self-acceptance. Lucy's struggles with fitting in and finding her place in the world were incredibly moving and I found myself rooting for her throughout the entire story.

Overall, "Bookmark" is a heartfelt and thought-provoking read that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a touching coming-of-age story. Shaw's writing is engaging and the story is sure to resonate with readers of all ages.
